Job Description
Project Description:
The overall objective of the Sinergia+ project is to generate management processes that strengthen CONANP and enable it to become a results-based planning institution, with strong financial resources and effective governance mechanisms and strategic alliances, contributing to increasing connectivity between representative ecosystems to safeguard their biodiversity and ecological balance.
The Sinergia+ project has four strategic outcomes: 1) Institutional Efficiency; 2) Governance, Citizen Participation and Collaboration Networks; 3) Ecological Representation and Connectivity; 4) Strategic Projects
Within the framework of the Sinergia+ Project, the person to be hired will carry out the following activities to efficiently and timely support the management of administrative processes related to the occupation of positions and competitions of the Professional Career Service System, through document control and safeguarding, integration and updating of files, application of evaluations and analysis of documentation, as well as support in the development of tools, for compliance with deadlines, guidelines and current provisions.
This position contributes to the achievement of goals of Outcome 1 “Institutional Efficiency”.
Scope of Work:
- Support the control and safeguarding of documentary information on applications for various positions and jobs, as well as monitoring the handling and processing of management forms within established deadlines.
- Support the integration, organization, and updating of files corresponding to public and open competitions within the Professional Career Service System.
- Support candidates in the application of technical and managerial tests in accordance with established guidelines.
- Assist in the review of candidates’ personal, academic, and professional documentation in order to conduct an evaluation of their experience and merit assessment in accordance with current methodology for subsequent verification by the Internal Control Body.
- Support in the preparation of draft calls for proposals and minutes of the Technical Selection Committee sessions.
Institutional Agreement:
The hired individual will work under the direct technical supervision of the Human Resources Department, the Administration and Finance Department, and the General Coordinator of the Sinergia+ Project.

Minimum Academic Requirements:
- High school certificate is required.
- A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in Psychology, Business Administration or a similar field is not required, but will be given due consideration.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- For candidates with a high school diploma, two years of verifiable experience are required in: cross-cutting topics for human resources operations; Federal Public Administration; Law on Professional Career Services in the Federal Public Administration; Regulations of the Law on Professional Career Services in the Federal Public Administration; and the Administrative Manual of General Application in Human Resources and Organization; and the Manual of the Professional Career Service.
- For candidates with first-level university studies (bachelor’s degree), it is not a requirement, but they will be given due consideration.
Required Skills:
- Preparation of quality reports.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge/experience in: application of assessments for the purposes of Admission and Selection of personnel,
- Knowledge/experience in: database management, Office suite.
- An advantage will be given if you have experience in: the environmental sector and its decentralized bodies
