Job Summary

The Brand Shop Representative will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assist with client services as needed.
  • Provide help and advice to customers using the organization’s products and services.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Assisting with client services as needed.
  • Providing help and advice to customers using the organization’s products and services.
  • Identifying customer problems and promoting sales.
  • Liaising with the customer within the given SLA.
  • Processing customer complaints/issues, requests, etc. within the given SLA.
  • Escalating the customer complaint, and problem/issue request within the given SLA.
  • Updating the customer after successful service and getting their feedback if any.
  • Meeting both SIM & recharge targets on a monthly basis.
  • Submitting daily sales reports to the supervisor.
  • Working with the team and creating a pleasant working environment.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Ensuring to follow the ATRA rules and regulations while selling the Sims in the open market.
  • Submitting the SAF on time to SAF management and updating the record of SAF submission.
  • Offering/informing the customer about new promotions and services.
  • Providing overall service, sales, marketing, and customer care.

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate (bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred).
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in local languages, both written and spoken (Dari or Pashto) & good understanding of English language.
  • Have knowledge of computer programs (especially office packages).
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Uphold integrity and honesty.
  • Capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during work.
  • Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours.
  • Adheres to company rules and policies.
