• Dispensing medicine to OPD patients according to doctor prescription and pharmacy standards
• Making monthly order for dispensary stack and contribution in monthly consumption report by filling daily report and Talley sheet and informing chief pharmacist for any possible shortage
• keeping medicine and medical items in dispensary according to pharmaceutical standards
• collecting, keeping and arranging prescriptions and daily RUD analysis
• patient’s awareness and education about medicine
• Distribution and follow-up of wards, emergency room OT and trauma room medicine
• Improving RUD by regular feedbacks to medical director and pharmacy officer of hospital
• Distribution and follow-up of nutritional items in the hospital such as RUTF, milk powder
• To ensure the proper management of the items in the hospital usage, expiry date (donation for near to expire not used and destruction for expired), quantity, conditions of storage in the hospital.
• To train and supervise pharmacy technician of the hospital
• To collect monthly consumption report from the hospital and submit to pharmacy officer of hospital
• To do physical inventory of the hospital with the pharmacy officer and compare results with the consumption data (bring back to base all what is over needed)
• To prepare and distribute the drugs and medical material to different wards (according to consumption, items available, expiry date, quantity)
• Responsible to avoid break out of stock in the hospital with support of pharmacy officer
• In charge of supervision of pharmaceutical in the hospital with support of pharmacy officer
• To support distribution of medicine to OPD and IPD clients
• coordination with HealthNet tpo:
• Awareness and respecting HealthNet policies and protocols
• participation in daily morning report
• participation in trainings and meetings upon request
• To do night duty according to schedule

• Graduated from a registered and recognized medical institute, passed the exit exam, and preferably holding Pharmacist degree.
• At least 2 Year experience in pharmacy of hospital
• Good oral and writing communication skill
• Excellent command over MS office particularly MS excel package and MS word
• Planning, organizing, Management skill
• Teamwork acapacity
